Privately used holiday home in total tranquility, on the beautiful east side of Lake Orta, at the end of a residential street of Miasino. The private holiday home has a very personal character - a home for art and music lovers. It is inhabited by the owners regularly and is completely at your disposal with all private items.Â
The beautifully ingrown land on the hillside has several outdoor seating, from the above terrace you can enjoy lake view. In total, 4 terraces offer shady retreats. In the Paradiesgärtlein you can enjoy the morning with birdsong among camellias, azaleas, palms, magnolias and rhododendrons.Lake and bathing facilities are about 10 minutes away by car. Shops in Miasino, about 5 minutes walk away.Â
Ground floor approx. 40 square meters: Fireplace room with dining area, small, very simply equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with breakfast bar, very small, simply furnished bedroom with sleep coach for 1 child, shower room with washbasin / WC, 1 covered and 1 secluded terrace in Paradiesgärtlein.Â
Floor approx 40 sqm: bright living / dining area with lake view and view to the Monte Rosa massif and right to the local mountain of Lake Orta: Mottarone. Fireplace, wraparound balcony to the lake and south, bedroom with double bed, well-stocked bookcase, electric piano, wardrobe in the living area, bathroom with bathtub / washbasin / toilet, storage room.

If you are on Lake Orta, drive towards ORTA SAN GIULIO. At the roundabout before the village of Orta San Giulio, go up the hill towards MIASINO.
After crossing the railway line, you come to a fork: here you turn LEFT in the direction of CARCEGNA. Follow the road until you reach CARCEGNA. Drive to the church. Behind the church turn right and park immediately to the left in the parking lot. Here we expect you!
We will accompany you to the house and familiarize you with the building services and give you some tips for shopping, restaurants, lido and hiking.
ATTENTION: Do not follow the instructions of your navigation system.Otherwise, this would take you through the village of MIASINO - and you will not be able to drive through the narrow streets with a larger car!

Tips for Miasino
About 200 meters from the house there is a butcher, Tabacchi, hairdresser and a bar.
In the Villa Nigra at the entrance to the village lies one of our favorite taverna Antico Agnello in Villa Nigra. Beautifully located in an old baroque villa restaurant with excellent card, with attention to detail furnished rooms and secluded garden and courteous service. Mon - Fri lunch menu 15 Euro incl. Drinks.
Giulio Boschine is on the stove and Marialuisa is famous for its outstanding desserts.It gives the daily recommendation and accepts your order (also in German) and. These include brassati, lukewarm octopus salad, braised rabbit - and: sinfully good desserts!

Drive in the direction of Pettenasco, directly on the shore road, there is a big supermarket CONAD on the left in front of the church. Here you will find everything for your daily needs .

Lake and bathing facilities are about 10 minutes away by car.For example, in Orta San Giulio: beach with both a free lawn and with the possibility to rent beach chairs, umbrella and changing room. A car is indispensable on Lake Orta. Bring your bikes with you, then you can do a lot by bike.
With the liner you can reach almost all places directly on the lake. The boat landing stage in Orta San Giulio or in Pettenasco (from Hotel L'Approdo) will take you on Thursday morning, for example, to the market in Omegna and on all other days to the places worth seeing on the lake (see timetable).
