Casale Ronco - Relax in the midst of untouched nature

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with shower room / WC on the 1st floor of a carefully renovated Rusticos from the 9th or 17th century. The rooms offer fantastic views of Lake Orta, the island of San Giulio and the east bank. They are functionally furnished and accessible via the sea-side covered balcony. GIALLO offers a simple kitchen with dining area, sofa and double bed. A steep wooden staircase leads to the sleeping gallery under cozy roof pitch with double bed (not shown).

One door further away is ROSENROT - lovingly furnished with a secretary, sitting area, antique vanity (decoration), double bed and sink with hot and cold water.

At the end of the balcony is a bright shower room with sink and toilet.Another toilet is located on the ground floor and can be reached from the garden.

Meet with your family or friends at the dining table in the loggia, enjoy the outdoor seating in the garden in front of the Rustico or on the covered balcony in front of the rooms. In the evening, you literally sit down, listen to the crickets and count the stars.

Ronco Sopra is a small settlement that can be reached via Colma and in total peace on the hillside on the beautiful west side of Lake Orta. Lake and swimming (bathing jetties) are about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was very private furnished by the Swiss owners.A beautiful stone terrace in front of the Rustico, a loggia as a covered outdoor area - as a barbecue or playground - and a large meadow above the house complete this beautiful holiday home and ensure relaxation in untouched nature.

The lake is only a few minutes walk.It goes relatively steeply down to the lake. Pack your bathing suit, bring a picnic basket and hike down to Ronco for a refreshing dip in one of the bathing jetties in the lake .

Casale Ronco specifically

Minimum stay 1 week, from the 3rd week is a discount of 20% on the 3rd and every other week

Please note: difficult access, on request fee-based shuttle service for your luggage. Casale Ronco can only be reached on foot in the last 200 meters.

The direct access to the property of Casale Ronco is only possible with our Panda and driver. Optional Panda shuttle service on arrival and departure: We bring your luggage safely to the property of the Casale Ronco and back to your car.

We will pick you up at the church in Colma (municipality of Cesara) on the day of arrival, drive you up to 200 meters to the Rustico and (if you do not use our shuttle service) walk 200 meters to the Rustico. There we explain the building services and give helpful tips, eg to the region, restaurants, shopping, hiking. Also on your departure, we will be on site for home inspection and key collection.

Please note that only a midsize car can drive you to the end of the paved road, as the road width and hairpin bends do not provide access for larger vehicles. Here you park on the side strip.

If you travel with a VW bus, Touran or large SUV, park your car at the church in Colma and bring your luggage about 400 m walk to the Rustico (or use - as described above - our Panda shuttle service to directly in front of the Rustico).
